类肠嗜铬细胞（Enterochromaffin-like cells），常简称ECL细胞（ECL cells）是一种胃黏膜（英语：gastric mucosa）上的神经分泌细胞，常分布于胃壁细胞附近。ECL细胞能分泌组织胺，辅助胃酸的分泌。这种细胞被认为属于一种肠道内分泌细胞（英语：enteroendocrine cells）。
