《The First》是韩国男子组合NCT Dream的首张单曲专辑，并以主打歌《最后的初恋》(My First and Last)正式展开宣传活动。由SM娱乐制作，KT音乐发行，于2017年2月9日发行。
主打歌《最后的初恋》是有着轻快节奏的流行舞曲，歌词描述少年们想让初恋变成最后的恋爱，要向对方表达“你是我最后的爱情”，专辑中还收录了翻唱自1993年李承焕发行的作品《Dunk Shot (덩크슛)》、先前发行的《泡泡糖 (Chewing Gum)》等歌曲。
