降钙素（英语：Calcitonin，又译为抑钙激素）是一种含有32个氨基酸的直线型多肽类激素，在人体里是由甲状腺的滤泡旁细胞（parafollicular cells，又称C细胞）制造。在鱼类、爬虫类、鸟类、哺乳类身上都有发现这种激素。主要功能是降低血钙。但降钙素对于调节人体血液中钙离子(Ca2+)的恒定通常并没有很显著的重要性。

降钙素影响了钙离子和磷酸盐的代谢过程，其功能多半是拮抗副甲状腺素的作用。
